TMWTGG - What On Rear Windscreeen !?

Hope all is well !?

What is it that appears on the rear windscreen of the red sports car which James Bond is driving with Sgt. Pepper !? It appears just as he drives past the broken the bridge and then reverses to take it on.

You see it when the camera is looking at both Bond and Pepper inside the car and you see the item appear at the top of the windscreen behind them !?
