Replacing K800/790 face plates

Has anyone purchased a k800/790 and replaced out the faceplates so it is the silver version shown in CR? I am curious on how difficult it is to do. Thanks

I havent done it but own the black 800 and I would also be interested in how it goes. As well as the best place to get the replacement parts

The K800 was the Sony Ericson model of Cell phone used in CR. The K790a is the US version of that phone.

Phew, thanks for that! I am NOT missing out. I have had a SONY 007 phone since before CR came out and I love it. To keep it nice I kept it in the perspex case for about 12 months. I still use it even though I am due an upgrade but I am waiting to see which phone he uses in QoS. From using my mate's iPhone recently I bet it is that......has there ever been a more Bondian gadget than the iPhone????? {[]
