The Dr who is mentioned in the article, Dr. James D’Orta, I seem to remember is a relative of the Broccoli family.
I'm sure that there's a section on how he looked after the crew in Mexico in the book The Making of Licence To Kill, and I'm also pretty sure that heplayed an extra in Licence to Kill in the casino scenes.
Am I going mad or does anyone else think this or are they able to confirm this? I can't get to my copy of The Making of Licence To Kill at the minute but I'd appreciate it if someone could have a look
