does INGSOC ,ring any bells with plot or storyline, characters etc,

this mean anything to anyone ?

do do with the film. I read in some chat room which I found myself in last night and someone said something about it. cant remember what was said i was half asleep .. probibly a lot of rubbish anyway...

Going by your first post, SGG, it sounds like someone was just using it as part of chatroom conversation--"Daniel Craig's political opinions sound like a lot of Ingsoc to me," or something like that--and it has nothing to do with QoS or Bond at all.
