"James Bond will return in 2010"

Is this conjecture by the reporter or is there something more solid confirming that? Apologies if I've missed that confirmation, I tend to keep out of here for spoiler reasons.

It says Bond will return in 2010. Hopefully that's based on fact, but knowing the BBC, probably not.

Bond should return ASAP . . . I think it was a mistake to not push for "Quantum of Solace" to have come out in 2007, not just because of the "007" thing but because it sounds like QoS relies strongly on the momentum from Casino Royale to make emotional sense for viewers; all of the reviews I've read, whether positive or negative, have commented on the general lack of story and emotional range vis a vis the predecessor. Of course, the next Bond film likely will have little to do with either film, but I think EON needs to strike while there's still a great deal of enthusiam for this revision of the Bond franchise, and I can enjoy another Bond sooner than later.

I'd read that Sony wants a '10 release...it's Michael G. Wilson who had said it might be longer...apparently he's tired... 8-)
