Hi
I am currently working on building a dataset of film locations using Google Earth. So far I am part way through the latest two films and have created a set of locations where Michael Wilson has made a cameo appearance. They are all works in progress but my aim is to create an interesting and useful resource by incorporating production notes, links and in some cases photos. I like to try to hit a Bond location on foreign holidays (we did Venice last year) which is why I started this.
I would welcome any assistance in this project as it will take some time to work back through all the films. I am interested in where a scene was filmed as well as where it is supposed to be in the story. Also can anyone suggest a good place to have the resulting data hosted?
