Tosca roof top

When Bond & Haines' bodyguard are on the roof of the Tosca Opera House in Bregenz, you see some numbers in blue neon: 299.792.458 m/s

When i looked this up, it appeared to be the speed of light. Anyone an idea why it's there? ?:)

    I'll have to check the DVD again to see if that those are static letters or part of an ongoing thing.

    I'd say its just a design feature as the speed of light is not constant it depends on whatever it's passing through at the time, it's slowest recorded speed is only about 17 miles an hour.
