Who owns licensing rights to Ian Fleming books

I am working closely with a maker of diecast replica cars.
This company has asked us to investigate the licensing rights that pertain to the original Ian Fleming books.
Clearly, everybody knows that Eon owns the rights to the films but this maker wants to produce models of the cars that appeared exclusively in the books: the 4½ litre Bentley, the convertible Rolls Royce, the Aston Martin DB4 and the Sunbeam Alpine, to name but a few.
If anybody knows who owns the commercial rights for the books, the information would be much appreciated.
