ok I gave in...not normally my thing but here goes...
these are some pics I took Brosnan-style...the holster is the actual one used in the sequence, and the P99 is a resin used on the film....the shirt, tie and belt are accurate....shame I don't look like Pierce!...
These were taken on the Pinewood Goldfinger day....an actual "modified" DB5, and I got to sit in it, so of course, I phoned home...
Then, my pride and joy, firstly outside the casino in Karlovy Vary, and then with "Peaceful" leaning on the bonnet...
Finally i wangled a test drive in a DBS, so I took her to Stoke Poges....don't tell the wife....
Here are my two entries into the contest, just in the knick of time. As you can see, both are inspired from Quantum of Solace; the first from Bond's visit to Port Au Prince, Haiti, and the second from the Perla de las Dunas. My congrats to everyone who has posted before me - there are some great pics here! Best of luck to all!!

Would like to say that I really like your choices for outfits, and spots you visited. Looks like an amazing visit to the Bahamas. Would like to visit there myself some day. Again good job. Great photos!

In addition to visiting a number of the Bond sites from the several movies filmed in the Bahamas over the years, I had the pleasure of participating in a sort of "dry run" for a new upcoming James Bond Tour with the Transport Captain from "Never Say Never Again" and a member of the Bureau of Tourism. It was fantastic visiting some of the shooting locations with these gentlemen, hearing many inside stories about the productions, and generally reminiscing about the films. I could post many more pictures after the contest is over, if people would like. Should you or anyone be interested in taking this tour, it should be in place and running in early 2010 with visits to locales from "Never Say Never Again", "Thunderball", "Casino Royale", and more!

DBS, you went to the ESO? Wow, I'm jealous. Did you actually get to go inside? I hear the interior is supposed to be a lush tropical zone, in total contrast with the desert. Shame they didn't put that in the film...

Sadly, yes, the Perla de las Dunas photo is just a Photoshop of me into the publicity still from the film, after I removed DC from the image. I'm glad the image looks the part though, so thank you for the compliment. I wish I had gotten the chance to take a trip down to Chile to visit the ESO and Paranal Residencia. I've seen pics of the interior and it's quite beautiful. It reminds me of the tropical gardens in the film "The Black Hole," if anyone remembers that film...
