Time Zone is wrong by 1hr

The time zone on here is wrong, it is one 1hr fast.

For example, I'm posting this at 10:00am GMT and after I've posted on a thread, it always says 11:00am instead of the correct time.

How do I change it?

If you go into your profile (at the top of the screen) and then click 'settings' make sure the DST box is UNCHECKED - as this advances the time by an hour.
