Unreleased Casino Royale bonus tracks?!?

I´m trying to find the Casino Royale Bonus tracks...

The 13 bonus tracks from the film are only available if you buy the deluxe version of the soundtrack in itunes. The problem is that it´s only possible to buy the deluxe version in/from the United states..

Does anyone know where I can download or buy these tracks if you´re from Europe?? The tracks include music from the pre-title like: "Licence 2 kills", and "Reveal Le Chiffre", amongst many other scenes that can´t be found on the CD!
Please help me!!! :P

If you search around you can find them... but only through p2p sites. I happen to have them thanks to a good friend, and my iPod sports a 'CR list' which allows me to listen to practically all the cues in perfect order (including, of course, two 'You know my name' iterations). They are quite good, but not that vital imho (most of them are quite short), though it is true they add some flavour to the mix.
