For Your Eyes Only, James: Looking for 11/06 Tatler

My complete collection of all Bond novels and short stories got messed up when the Kate Westbrook short story "For Your Eyes Only, James" was published in the 11/06 issue of Tatler. I haven't had any luck finding the story anywhere online, and am trying to see if I can find this magazine on a site selling back issues.
It's occurred to me, however, I may not even know what this particular issue looks like, or whether it's the UK or US version. There is a photo of a 11/06 Tatler at this link...

...but if you enlarge the photo you can clearly see it is the US version. I was under the impression the story was published in the UK version. Could anyone out there clarify? If it is the UK version, could you let me know who is on the cover or - even better - provide a scan of that cover?
