Rhys Ifans and Bond 23...

I was just doing my weekly Bond 23 web-check and IMDB has Rhys Ifans down for a role. I suspect its not confirmed, let alone even true. Is IMDB like Wikipedia where anyone can just edit?
My thoughts IF it could be for real would be a younger bumbling idiot Q, or just a return to a little humour like Alan Cumming in GoldenEye or even an Elvis-like character from QoS.
I don't kno what to even think about this... Also IMDB has Ralph Fiennes above DC in the cast list, so I doubt they are very on the ball/reliable.

    He's a good actor, he can do any type including fey posh aristo, as seen in his brilliant portrayal of louche comic Peter Cook. So he could be some Mi6 defector/traiter type. Or Julian Assange type. Bit tall to be opposite Craig though.

    He also starred with Daniel in 'Enduring Love' - he plays Daniel's stalker.... after a ballooning accident.

    If you haven't seen this movie, it's worth checking out.

    They work well together.... and Rhys is very versatile.

    If it's true, then another very good addition to an already very good cast. Ifans could pretty much be anything from a creepy sadistic henchman, crooked politition, or even "Q".

    I think we'll quickly hear about him "being tired and emotional,suffering from exaustion " :))
    I'm always amused at how celebs can get "exaustion" while Miners, Jr Doctors people working 16 hour shifts etc just have to suck it up and get on with it. :v
