I had a what some may call a crazy fan fiction idea, and I've just started it, and I want to hear some people's opinions on it. Even though, I fear some may call it silly or outrageous. It starts with James Bond in 1974, he's at a scottish castle, escaping from a druglord. The druglord's mistress, Mary Cavendish invites him in, and after saving her life, Bond fall's in love...
In 2012, James Cavendish finds out who his father is, James Bond, and he starts an adventure of his own when a man kidnaps him to seek revenge on James Bond by torturing his son.
Not trying to spoil it for you, this was my plan of booting the franchise, at the end of the story, in memory of his unknown father, James changes his last name to Bond, so he has the same name. He joins MI6 at the end and from then on, I plan to start to write more fan fiction, about his assignments, and i'll add in the new Q person, and the new Moneypenny. I was wondering what you think? And by the way, I am aware of Bond's Japanese child, and I thought i might just ignore that part I was also wondering for some suggestions of titles, for the novel, and the series.
