SPOILER - Something that bothers me when Bond was in pursuit

In the scene where Silva escapes MI6 and Bond is in pursuit, where the train is crashing through the tunnel - it bothers me that the train is empty except for a driver.

Just moments before, Q states something similar to "Welcome to rush hour." I would have expected the train to be full of people.

Thoughts on why it wasn't? CGI budgetary reasons? Overlooked? Or was the train supposed to be empty?

The train says out of service. Sometimes trains labeled out of service run at rush hour, but it is a bit odd.

That sounds believable to me. A fictional terrorist attack on a full train when it is unnecessary might have felt disrespectful to some.

Isn't it possible that Silva set someone up to drive it (maybe his own henchman), possibly not informing the driver what would happen before ever reaching the end of the line?

Have to say, thought the Tube scene was terrible, I just don't believe it worked at all. Seemed like a 'Big Stunt' for the sake of it, IMO of course. I also think the scripted lines just after the initial explosion were woeful :s

And yes it did make me remember 7/7 and being thankful none of my friends and family were on that train.
