Easily pain medicine. Great with alcohol.

Important to note the danger of such self-destructive behavior... but something I think is essential to the character. Especially when combined with the smoking and dead animal consumption.

Bond will be off the pain meds and back in tip top shape in 24 ...or the new "M" will have his butt in a sling. The military has taken back MI6 and there will be no more deep self examination, angst, and self doubt just lots of violence, sex, and Martinis.
