    My wife and I purchased one of the imperial egg reproductions that were commissioned by the House of Faberge. We obtained it through an antiques dealer in New York City when we were there celebrating our 20th anniversary. It was very pricey but it's a good investment and is one of our favorite pieces of art. I will post an image if I can get a good pic.

    Ok, a short update on this project:

    Because the proportions of the egg where still not right, we had to scratch everything for the second time and start all over again!

    Kudos go to my mate danjaq_off who always supported me and still does and put me back on the right track when I am lost.

    Here is the last Status Quo of the recently scrapped egg:

    We are starting all over again, for this time with 3D printings which we then modify until everybody is happy!
