It all depends on whether you're trying to break even or make a profit? If it was me selling the watch i would take into consideration how much i paid for it, any shipping related costs and then transaction fees. Once i have a general idea then i set my price which for your watch would be between $8,750 and $10,000 which is definitely in line with the pricing on Chrono24.

    Hope that helps,

    Mike

In the UK they are up for between 7-8K but personally I wouldn’t sell it but treat as an investment. I tend to go in cycles with my watches. The SPECTRE SM 300 is definitely a NATO watch as I am not a fan of the branding on the bracelet and so I tend to wear more in the winter than summer where I rely on PO’s more).

I think if you sell you will regret one day, you own something unique ‘a watch as used in the film’ and there is only 7007 globally.

    Just my thoughts

    Thanks for the info guys.

Not too bothered about the investment part of things to be honest - have another watch with better returns if I was thinking of that aspect.

Yes it is nice to have unique Bond things from the films however I have so much already!!! Getting to the point that I have run out of room with all things Bond so if not being used...

I have plenty of time to think about it anyhow as I wont be back in the UK for a fair while!!!! There are other potential watches out there that I desire which will be unattainable soon for me personally hence the thought!!! I dont want to end up with a big watch collection again - at one point I was up to 6 Rolex and 2 Omega. Prefer a small collection that gets wrist time if honest!

I have more straps than I know what to do with; it's now on a leather strap. Today is PO day.

    The revisit of the 62MAS?
It has to be one of my favourite Seikos of all time.
Odd part about these is that I found some of those yahoo.jp auctions last night for like 120something dollars.

(I was on yahoo.jp because someone else sold a pair of Gucci sneakers of the same model number as the ones I bought for dirt cheap and wanted to possibly learn more about these and maybe their original retail price to boot.)

Yes, it's the improved 62MAS 2017 Limited Edition.
They are US$ 3.600,--, so not sure how the 120,-- offer can be. I know that there are 62MAS Fakes out there, so be careful.

About Trevelyan's Omega in GoldenEye, I know the strap was made by Hirsch but just what kind of strap is it?
Initially, I thought it was a NATO but it has no "bars".
    Rubber or leather?

    Hi Simon,

    Very nice NATO band!
I also bought one for my Diver.
Isn't it too narrow for your watch or is it simply a tribute to Sean Connery"?

    Cheers

Thanks, its somewhat of an accidental tribute to Connery, I really didn't know what size the strap was, but really wanted one! I had no luck finding one until today and snapped it up. Where did yo buy it from? I almost left the boutique but decided to have them put it on for me to discover that it didn't come with the clasp so they were kind enough to put one on :)

    Pics?

That particular NATO was originally on the Seamaster Commander watch that came out last year. I spoke to Omega last September with the intent of purchasing it but it wasn't available yet but apparently it is now! Omega also makes the Spectre NATO in blue and grey now which would look good on a Blue Seamaster.
