WTB: Dunhill TWINE cufflinks

I'm looking for the Dunhill cufflinks worn by Brosnan with the grey suit in The World Is Not Enough. PM me if you're interested in selling or trading.

On another note, did anyone ever see the exact cufflinks worn by Brosnan with his tuxedo and also in following scenes when he still wears his tuxedo shirt under the blue overall. I took some screenshots, but it's not that clear. Probably Dunhill, looks like a silver or gold circle with some silver design or maybe mother of pearl in the center.

I had a pair of these years back. They are Dunhill mother of pearl with a d in the centre. It's quite a complex design with a round MOP centre, then a rim of white gold with a double surround of MOP again. Difficult to explain, I can't find any pics of them online but if you think you've found them give me a shout as I can ID them for you. They were part of the 97 collection if I remember correctly and discontinued from Dunhills range quite quickly after only a year or so.

Forgot to mention, they came in both rhodium plate and 18K yellow gold plate versions. It's the rhodium version you want with the little gold d in centre.

Here's an image I found, not 100% sure it's a TWINE promotional picture, I think it's Die Another Day, but similar cufflinks, with black instead of mother of pearl:

They're Dunhill too but a different design. Black MOP, and came in a three part set with a tie slide. If you look at the picture of Broz on one of the discs in the two disc special edition of the DAD DVD you'll see Brozza with a fifth pair of Dunhill cufflinks in silver.

Could the second pair in the original post be this one? I'm not sure, but they do fit @Asp9mm description. Here's a Catawiki link to an already sold pair.

Cheers, many thanks Asp! I've got some more questions about some Bond cufflinks, would it be alright if I send you a DM later this week? We can also discuss it in this topic, I suppose more people are interested in this subject 🍸️

Thank you! My main concern is whether this list of cufflinks is accurate or if I'm overlooking some models from the films, and whether certain cufflinks are identified by type numbers or specified model names. I feel that the names I currently have are very general descriptions of the cufflinks themselves, whereas a model number/name or something similar would make more sense. However, I could be mistaken in this regard. Additionally, Bond pre-GE primarily wears cufflinks when he's in black tie attire, but I thought it might be too challenging to identify all of those. Maybe you happen to have any information on them as well?

I've highlighted my main questions for each cufflink in bold text. Additionally, I've included (one of the) film scenes in which he wears them, just to ensure clarity on which ones I'm referring to.

Again, many thanks for helping me. And I completely understand if you don't have all the exact answers either.

The cufflinks from Dr. No and Goldfinger

Original unknown, but a reissue by Deakin & Francis X Sinclair

Bond wears these in the casino in DN and on the green in GF

TND: Dunhill cufflinks (from the AD2000 collection? Or is that wrong?)

Bond wears these in the printing plant of Carver Media Group

    TWINE: Georg Jensen 88

Bond wears this one in the PTS, among other scenes

TWINE: Dunhill cufflink (is this model number K18750? Or is that incorrect?)

Bond wears the cufflinks when arriving at the oil fields in Azerbaijan

TWINE: Dunhill ones in your last post (are they from a certain collection or do they have a model number?)

He wears these in the Zukovsky casino

DAD: Dunhill double L-shaped cufflinks (same question)

These sterling silver Dunhill cufflinks are seen as Bond gets dressed at the Rubyeon Royale Hotel in Hong Kong

DAD: S.T. Dupont cufflinks (same question)

Bond wears this during the Icarus satellite presentation at the Gustav Graves Ice Palace in Iceland.

    CR: S.T. Dupont 5174

During the first meeting with Vesper in the highspeed train to Montenegro.

CR and QOS: S.T. Dupont 5172 (nowadays also known as 5568)

In Casino Royale, James Bond wears the cufflinks when he's in the taxi and later when he checks out the gear in the glove compartment of his brand new Aston Martin DBS.

    CR: S.T. Dupont 5244

Dupont created a pair of exclusive palladium cufflinks in a very distinctive and forceful shape

SF: Tom Ford Striped T cylinder JM0093U-G18KW

Bond wears the cufflinks in the opening scenes in Turkey.

SF: Tom Ford Yellow Gold Mother-of-Pearl Cufflinks (do these have a model number?)

James Bond wears 18kt Tom Ford mother-of-pearl cufflinks with his tuxedo.

SF: Tom Ford Orbis Non Sufficit (only made for the film)

SP: Tom Ford JB (only made for the film)

Both the TWINE steel and 18k and TND steel and 18k links are from the AD2000 range. So is the TWINE MOP steel and gold plated black tie links seen above. I can’t remember the model references as the catalogues are buried under Kingsman and Robin of Sherwood costumes and props.

The DAD Dunhill double L shaped links were given a brushed finish for the film. The stock links were polished.

The SF striped T cylinder Tom Ford links from the Istanbul scenes were actually different from the commercial ones in that they were rhodium plated sterling silver and not white gold.

Theres probably more detail I can get into if I engage my brain.

I was interested in the casino cufflinks from The World Is Not Enough for a while and recently bought this secondhand pair from Ebay:

They came from a seller in Japan and the listing was called 'DUNHILL Cufflink Mark White Silver Gold Bracket Shell Used'. It looks like a lot of the Japanese listings use the word 'shell' rather than 'pearl', so that might help with your searches.

Also, going further down the cufflinks rabbit hole, there are these ones which Daniel Craig wore in a Heineken advert that tied in to No Time To Die:

The picture is from this article on James Bond Lifestyle:

Thanks Jellyfish! I've been looking at Ebay, but so far I can only find them with a metal filling, not a pearl like one. However I'm sure they'll pop up one day. Those Craig ones are quite lovely as well.
