    I have a few of the continuation book proofs but not this one - sorry

    There are a lot of different hardback editions of Carte Blanche

    Bentley edition - red covers
    Bentley edition - white covers (inside metal car)
    Black with white title - independent bookshop edition
    Black cover - red title
    White cover - red title

    If you can find a copy of Carte Blanche that Deaver did not sign then it must be worth a fortune! :p

    He actually never signed the Bentley Edition versions as standard. They advertised them as signed editions originally, but it never happened.
