Blu Ray Slip cases

I'm sure this has been discussed before but couldn't find it when I searched, just wondered why after the initial batch of Blu Ray releases they did away with the slip cases on the 2nd batch. I much preferred the artwork on these than the still-like photos of the rest of them. You can see the artwork on your playstation and I presume xbox when you load the disc and they look fab. They just didn't come with the slip cases.

Didnt they change distributors for the DVDs /Blu Etc?

Possibly, I'm not sure. Maybe that's why then.

I wish all the Blu-rays had been released initially in 2008. I also prefer the artwork for those releases. If that had happened, the remaining Inside documentaries would have been upscaled to HD as well.

The ones that I own. Pretty good but I would've loved em individually with that beautiful 2008 artwork.
I'm still a happy camper.
