Looking for particular TF jacket

Hey gents, wondering if anyone has one of these or knows of one in an IT44 or 46 that they're willing to part with? It's a nylon almost windbreaker-like blazer with a thin cashmere lining. Been scouring the web for one for a while, but have come up fruitless. Pics are below. Again, if anyone here has one they'd let go of, please let me know. It's not directly Bond related, but slightly Bond-esque. Thanks gents. -{
