Gloria Hendry could have sustained a larger role in this movie. She's perky and engaging. Mankiewicz had subsequent regrets about how the character leaves the movie, and how Bond turns on her.
Critics and material I don't need. I haven't changed my act in 53 years.

Dalton - the weak and weepy Bond!

Cos I read the books first, I wondered how they would manage to resurrect Quarrel. It was solved by one word...

I wonder if all Charmer Lines where in the books, or if Moore improvised some of them

In his LALD diary Moore writes it felt like a Bond film when Gloria Hendry first arrived to the production. :D

Syd Cain does great set dressing for Jane Seymour's background. Works well with her amazing costumes.

Most of those lines were in the screenplays, though a few did come from the books. Very little improvising.

Bond intimidating Rosie into making a choice... she's caught between a rock and a hard place. He doesn't come out of it looking well.

I just noticed some unsynchronised lip movements from Jane Seymour- wonder if this is where she was dubbed?

Costume change on landing is a nice touch, hints at Goldfinger.

Bond as comic trickster. Arguably a defining moment for Moore's distinctive interpretation of the character. Connery wouldn't have needed a trick to magnetise her into sexual submission.

You must be joking! It's much more in DaltonBond's charecter than MooreBond.

    Not only here.

Moore is so selfconfident like there was no other.
He did not need „this never happened to the other feller“
