Bond is just blank when Madeleine suddenly decides to say goodbye. We've supposed to have moved on from the desensitized Bond of QOS? Perhaps not.

    You've never seen "Marathon Man"?

Yes! Oh thanks Barbel, now I have that to think about too! Maybe I just won't go any more!

And Max Denbigh would have gotten away with it, too, if it hadn't have been for those meddling kids... 8-)

Yes, this ending is too weak. But I like the guitar on the soundtrack.

Ah the piniata point. Where the story falls to pieces.... Bit like the MI6 Building
    Melodramatuc, overly theatrical tripe!
This is Thunderbird 2, how can I be of assistance?

    What M stands for...
    What C stands for...

Got a HUGE laugh from the audience (who knew what C stood for)

Andrew Scott is much more effective in this final act of the film than Christoph Waltz, sadly.

There's a chapter in Carte Blanche where Bond is trapped in a building that's set to explode.

There is NOT ONE SINGLE bloddy familiar name on that damned slab.
50 years of Bond and not ONE.

I don't get how there just happens to be a convenient safety net into which Bond and Madeleine can jump, all set up and waiting in the derelict building. That really is Hanna-Barbera.

What with the Disney talk earlier, we're really in cartoon land here.

Bond shooting down a helicopter with a 9mm pistol :))

One good point- the boat was set up nicely earlier, when Tanner and Craig arrived on it.

Give me Charles Gray in his bouncing Bathosub any day of the week over Christoph Waltz in his shot up helicopter.

In this world of health and safety it's not really surprising. Also who's going to bother getting rid of it just because the building is derelict? And of course because movie!

The final exchange between Bond and Blofeld is underwhelming. Craig walks away from Blofeld as blandly as Madeleine walked away from Craig a few minutes earlier... and when he seemed equally nonplussed.
