Could be a licensing issue. Could be an “in-game” explanation for the differences you’ve noted—i.e., “heavily modified” or something. Or maybe they’re using AI for design and it screwed up by combining elements of the PPK, the PP, and the P5. But the intent here is definitely to evoke the PPK, even if they have to call it something fictitious. The PPK design has been pretty consistent for 90 years, with minor differences over time, including to the snout of the gun. But no production PPK has ever had the modifications we see here (slide notch, 1911-style trigger, etc.) including the newest production ones.

Also, just an FYI, 3 of the guns above are the PPK/s, not the PPK (I can’t tell about the one Bond is holding). The PPK/s—an artifact of a US gun law from last century—has a different grip and holds an extra round, but it looks the same as a PPK otherwise.

Okay, two of them maybe, the ones on the top row are both (the Wraith?) from the game. It’s not going to be an error, it’s an intentional bit of design

is it something gun brands/games don’t do, to stop real guns appealing to kids or something? Certainly Aston Martin and BMW have appeared in many Bond games, but I’m not sure Walther ever have…?

I think this is a first for Omega with 007 though.

Walther not listed in the tweet from the brand bragging on various product placement partners.

Watch looks to me almost exactly like this existing Seamaster Chronograph on a new strap (though there doesn't currently seem to be a Chronograph with a red Seamaster logo as the game has it):

I wish it was something a bit more interesting than a laser watch, hopefully there's something else. The orangey tint on that subdial is just a reflection, are we thinking? It's got an orange seconds hand too though, matching the strap, can't see any of their range with that? Black tips on the hands? Maybe they're actually launching another new Bond watch.

Seems like he has a non-chrono in the driving scene too, presumably another Omega.

Kind of amazed Orebar Brown are in there; never seen garment product placement in a Bond game before, well done them. Maybe a Leica camera gadget?

Funny really, when you think of the brand partners in Bond films, Walther have always been there and presumably benefitted from being known as James Bond's gun, but I'm not sure they've ever actually been a brand partner, like Aston or Omega or whoever who actually have tie-in contracts. They kind of just get free promotion. Is that right?

My understanding is EON has not being willing to partner with Walther, I assume because they are wary of the optics. I can’t see Amazon changing course on that. But Walther does benefit, none the less. They’re now charging around 1000 USD for new production PPKs, which is quite ludicrous. And yet people (including yours truly) are willing to buy them!

Much like in other Bond games, all of the firearms in this game appear to be modified designs. Looks like we have approximations of the UMP-45, HK 416D, AK47, P99, possibly a MP5A3 and the PPK with silencer and laser sight. A return of the Wolfram P2K or PP7 Special Issue would be most cool.

Always have an escape plan. Mine is watching James Bond films.

I kind of wish we were getting a novelization of the game. I don’t know who could write it. It could scratch that itch of having a Bond novel set in the modern day. There are several of us that want one, like that. As I’ve said before, Everything or Nothing and Bloodstone (preferably by Bruce Feinstein) and even Goldeneye: Rogue Agent (possibly by Raymond Benson, as that would the type of story that would written in his style), not having one was a missed opportunity, for a lot of people.
