Any information about this coin for my old family member?

Hi all, I was just wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction for my older family member. It was given to her and her late husband years and years ago. Apologies if this is the wrong area/forum.
There isn't much information about it, but she said it was obtained from someone close to the actor playing him, unfortunately her memory isn't what it used to be and was just trying to help.
It could be an aftermarket piece, we really have no idea and I have been asked just to get any information about it.
