I have had reference of the inhaler since around 2011. It is non functional and made out of aluminium.
My version I'm thinking .925, I'm going to get things priced up shortly and will come back with a final price, early days yet. personally I don't think it will be cheap though.

I have just been talking to my silversmith, he wants to make it a working replica, so have sent him a plastic one to get the internal dimensions.
Once he has cut up the plastic one he will have more of an idea of the price.
Another quick update, Singe is now on board, he created CAD files from the reference photos I took and is printing a pattern inhaler for the Silversmith.
I feel violated, you’ve dragged me back into this stuff. :)

All of the reference is about to be sent to the silversmith including a pattern for him to work from and to get a final price.

As I was on here answering messages I thought Id update everyone on the thread.
The inhaler is just about to have its first cast, this should give the silversmith an idea of cost. After working on several projects over the years, I dont expect the first cast to be as accurate as what the finished product will be. I will keep you updated with pics as and when I receive them :)
