It's the correct knife and looks great. One of the few SF items I haven't tried for yet. The inclusion of the word 'hero' on the plaque gives off the impression that it's the production used prop.
Always have an escape plan. Mine is watching James Bond films.
Soon after the film was released, I offered a limited edition replica of the knife. A few of the members here have some of them.
They were real 'working' knives made with a sharpened Damascus blades and buffalo horn. These ewre made for me by the same company that provided it for the film. --ED
