I only just recently discovered this book and placed an order for the paperback edition. Has anyone else ordered this book and had a chance to go through it? If so, what did you think of it? Mine is on backorder as it appears they've sold out.

I bought the hardback copy - had it shipped to Canada, at a cost of £26 - and got stung for an extra $CAD 22.96 😡 half of which is for this company’s poor credit rating with FEDEX 🤨
It's a fantastic book! I had the pleasure of meeting the author Jeff Marshall at Gatherall 4 last month. Such a great talent and laid back guy.

I’d like to meet Jeff Marshall, his artwork is fabulous - I have quite a few prints of his…but I’m not sure my pockets would be deep enough if I did 😳🤣
Still waiting for mine to be shipped. I bought the softcover from Amazon and it's on backorder still.

I think I mentioned before that I went to university in Victoria and spent 16 years total on the West Coast, but that was long long time ago. I sure do miss the big trees, the moderate temperature, the Pacific Ocean and the tide pools, the mountains always visible on the horizon, eagles gathering by the dozens like they was seagulls ... and some very civilized human beings who know how to relax and appreciate their place in the natural world. Now there'll be one more!

I do remember saying you’d spent time there - and you are so right…the people are SO nice and know how to look after the place and each other - second thoughts - doubt I’ll get in 😳🤣

I like Jeff Marshall's work a lot, but I'll admit to being put off by the choice of Bond women on the cover. Petty, perhaps, and it hopefully has no bearing on the contents, but I'm going to wait until I can take a look at it myself before ordering it.
If you are a fan of Jeff Marshall’s work then I’d get a copy…his Daniel Craig is a little off, but the rest are fabulous 🍸
