FYEO: Cortina Miramonti Hotel closed, possibly for good!

In the past years, everytime that we where in the region, we stopped by the Miramonti Hotel for a drink or a coffee and sitting on the terrace or in the fireplace room always transformed me back to 1981 when 007 was there.
February 2023, after the hotel has been opened again after Covid the writing was already on the walls as the secondary building has been closed already and the entire place showed some wear and tear.
I told my wife ( we where skiing in Cortina) that this may have been the last time that we could visit the place in a state how it was and how right I was.
Apparently shortly after there was an announcement that the hotel was closed and I could visit the Queen of the Italian Alps again - dormant with even the driveway being locked off in November 2023.
This fills my heart with sadness but the good memories still remain.
