Let us sit down and play armchair filmmakers for a few minutes. Looking at Casino Royale (2006), who would you cast in the various roles and hire for the crew?

There are only three rules for this game. First, you must choose people from the Bond universe. This includes Casino Royale (1954 and 1967) and Never Say Never Again (1983). Video games, comic books, novels, and short-stories do not count. Second, you may amalgamate people if you like. For example, you may like one particular actor's physical appearance, but prefer another's performance. By the same token, you may also add or subtract characters. Third, Ian Fleming is always credited as the author of the novel "Casino Royale" (which clearly goes without saying).
