On a rundown street in a remote town sat a nondescript establishment called Motto’s Pub. The proprietor Steven Forstbollard was doing well. He had a loyal cadre of locals drinking his beer, and he supplemented the pub with a downstairs area he named Tops To Bum, which specialized in burlesque – specifically, drag shows in which each male performer assumed a specific female persona. Steven’s old pal Bob Lasker, one-time performer himself, ran things down there.

Unfortunately, Bob was somewhat scatterbrained. One day, he managed to lose the entire performance schedule. He had list of the male performers’ names, but not their female personas nor the order in which they were to take the stage. The male performers were:

Mayo Asavana[/*]

Martin Asford[/*]

Scotty Austen[/*]

Grant Bhadel[/*]

Simon Callemet[/*]

Brant Cody[/*]

Stu Coospy[/*]

Ronnie Cudurof[/*]

Rory Denehy[/*]

Gordon Gamithy[/*]

Ari Listoe[/*]

Alan Mendeswein[/*]

Donald Morvie[/*]

Mark Olivay[/*]

Paxton Peonia[/*]

Earl Poluma[/*]

Vin Reese[/*]

Nate Sciaffy[/*]

Jens Oscar Smith[/*]

Gary Spoules[/*]

Vern Spydel[/*]

Eric Varspar[/*]

Antonio Vatarama[/*]

Michael von Lake[/*]
In a panic, Bob appealed to Steven for help. Steven looked over the list and smiled. “No worries, Bob. Everything you need is right here – the female personas, and the order in which they go onstage.”

How was Steven able to figure this out?
Hilly...you old devil!
