We all know that Cubby and Harry had great difficulty in raising money for DN - here is a report from Associated British Picture Corporation on FYEO. Movie companies would regularly review books which may be worthy to be transferred to the screen, in this case no potential was recognised.

Yeah, well, sometimes nothin' can be a real cool hand.

I'm guessing this guy was fired, changed his name to Dick Rowe and went to Decca records.

    Thanks for sharing, CHB!

Great stuff, thanks for sharing. Are there nuclear subs in FYEO? It’s been a while since I’ve read it.

I think the second picture is referring to TB. These were the only pictures in the article I read, presumably the film company had more. These apparently turned up recently when an attic was being cleared.

    😂😂🤣🤣

Ah cool thanks. That is bizarre considering it was basically the novelisation of a film script!

    Or is it Moonraker maybe?

I think it's definitely TB, where the sub is fairly important while a sub only plays a bit part in MR.
