3. Why would a sausage maker buy himself a packet of muesli? He makes sausages. Why does he need muesli? Dr. No finds this funny as an idea, but doesn't laugh.
4. Dr. No does not know how to laugh.
5. Bond does not find Dr. No funny.
6. Bond's sense of humor is different from Dr. No. He doesn't get it as he expects a punch line...but there isn't one.
Why is there no punch line? Well, according to Dr. No; from an engineering point of view, that would be inefficient. Why waste words?
Additionally, I dont think Dr. No can even comprehend what a punch line is.
