PLEASE READ! - Re: 'Ranking' Threads

LoeffelholzLoeffelholz The United States, With LovePosts: 8,864Quartermasters
In an effort to better streamline our forum categories, we are moving all threads that deal with 'ranking' - films, actors, Bond girls, cars, villain's lairs, watches, colognes, toupees & hair dye, footwear, white cats, etc. - into -{ the TRIVIA Forum. Going forward, please start any new 'ranking' threads there.

All new 'ranking' threads created elsewhere will be moved.

Thanks very much!

BTW does this mean that my "Rank the rankings of the ranking ranks" thread will also suffer the same fate?

This may sound odd, but until I joined AJB I'd never even thought about
Ranking the Bond films. They were just " The Bond Films" , sure There are
a few I think as a bit superior to others, but as a body of work, I couldn't
choose one over another. :) they're all fun, for different reasons, but I watch
them all over and over and over and over ............. {[]

Ranking is not really Trivia. How bout starting a totally new "Ranking" forum since it's so popular?

We did discuss that possibility- see http://www.ajb007.co.uk/topic/45494/can-we-ban-anyone-whos-starting-another-ranking-or-pros-and-cons/ for more details.

Makes sense. Pros and cons is practically like ranking and with the objective of streamlining our forum categories as stated by Loeffelholz, "Pros and Cons" might be better placed in the Trivia section.

^ I don't agree. They're a great location for just going in and specifically talking about the film after you've recently watched it, or just have something to say without always having to create a new thread. Pros/cons aren't ranking, it's reviewing.
