I would like to see Bond in a t-shirt again, either Sunspel or Orlebar Brown. It's such a staple clothing item but Craig's Bond only wore one throughout CR. I think that's partly why a lot of CR's casual outfits seemed so realistic. Because a lot of it was a t-shirt with a cardigan or a t-shirt with a leather jacket, etc.

Bond in Casino Royale is a less mature Bond and has yet to develop his sense of style. I think that's why he wears t-shirts in the film but not later. We rarely see Bond in t-shirts in the previous films, unless he's wearing it for a specific reason. I don't wear t-shirts for casualwear, and nobody has called my wardrobe unreaslitic!

It would obviously never ever happen. Ever. But I'd love to see him wearing a Rolex Submariner again.

It will almost certainly happen again some day. But it won't happen in Bond 25.

Tom Ford has been selling a lot of knit ties recently so it would be cool to see Bond wearing one again.

Grenadines are more popular than ever so I'd also be happy with him wearing them.

I get that sentiment entirely, enjoyed that in cr and qos he essentially wore his clothing more than once.
It was either that.....or the priesthood

I'd like to see a greatest-hits wardrobe for Bond 25, both Craig-era wise and Bond wise.

Agreed, I absolutely love the re-use of wardrobe pieces with different outfits throughout the duration of a film. It makes his wardrobe seem more limited but well worn even if its not. Like how in SF he wears the same TF overcoat, Dent's gloves, and TF sunglasses multiple times. Even though he wears a lot of clothes I just cant really see Craig's Bond being a huge clothes hoarder after seeing how bare bone's his apartment is in Spectre.

CR is an even better example with the reuse of his dress shoes and black cardigan.
Not to mention the linen trousers he wore during his poker match and later with the Armani jacket.
Maybe he gets rid of clothes every now and again to make room for new ones as he has to fit in being a spy.
    a reasonable rate of return

I'd like to see Bond wear a watch with a leather strap again. I would assume, given the ongoing Omega sponsorship, that would mean a new Seamaster Aqua Terra.

Not necessarily, the globemaster would be a good option on leather. Especially with a dinner jacket.

If Jany returns I wonder what the dinner jacket will be this time? if there even is one. Since she said she couldn't make a better dinner jacket then the Skyfall one and he's already worn an ivory dinner jacket.

I’m kind of hoping for a double breasted dinner jacket. We haven’t had one since Dalton, and haven’t seen a good one since Sir Roger. It’s time.

How about the De Ville Trésor?
    Tresor.jpg
I think that would make a great classic dresswatch for Bond. However, coming back to my earlier reply where I state that I would like to see Bond wear something that isn't brand new, how about his old blue AT on a leather strap? I am not a fan of the new 'garage door'Aqua Terra line with the horizontal stripes. Some might look better than the old ones to me (for some reason I think the black one looks better than it used to) but the majority isn't my cup of tea. Also, and I know Bond movies are far from realistic, I am getting a bit fed up with Bond walking around in €10.000,- outfits only to see them getting destroyed and replaced with another € 10,000,- outfit the next scene.

I would think Omega would be glad for an opportunity to give the Globemastrrs or DeVilles a Bond-sized PR push.

Whatever they choose it will be difficult for the next Bond watch to be as big as the Spectre Omega 300. I think that watch was Omega's peak in terms of brand placement and advertisement with the character.

From a budget conscious standpoint... I enjoyed the reasonably acquirable jackets from Skyfall wherein the most expensive was the Barbour at around $700.. (still steep on a cop's salary but I still snagged it along with the BR and the Menlo).. The SPECTRE wardrobe went waaaaaay out of range - especially the DIOR ! Even the Matchless was a no go for me... I'm just hoping that the next film has items that are attainable... or that Daniel Love steps in and hooks us up again :) Because admittedly.. I do get more satisfaction from supporting the likes of him as opposed to Matchless or that wing nut Tom Ford

Yes I completely agree, I actually liked the repetition of some items amd in the dc era cr and qos did that well, for me it adds to the depth of the character. We also seemed to have lurched back into inappropriate attire at times, bond wearing suits when really he wouldn't, I'd like to see a return to bond wearing a suit when necessary.

I also agree, I think the reuse of items is something a lot of members here like because it grounds the character just a bit and makes his wardrobe seem less like a costume change and more real world. SF had some wardrobe repetition as well with the TF overcoat, Dents gloves, C&J Tetburys and TF markos.

I think the SF AT on a Navy alligator strap looks so classy worn with the SF Tux would be real class.

A shot of JB going to his wardrobe to select outfits for his next mission and to see as someone mentioned screen used items in there like Sunpels, TF suits/ ties with a shoe rack to die for would be quiet cool and a fitting departure. Maybe a watch box like this as he chooses hit trust wrist wear :D
(would be a bit like the Bronsnan scene with the old gadgets etc)

Also think being a Navy man Bond should be wearing one of these. With Omegas return to vintage I cannot for the life of me understand why they have not reissued this one. Personally I feel this should have been the SPECTRE 300 watch, but such is life.

Waz Bond in an RN uniform and bobs your uncle everyone’s a winner :D

P.S Afterall we know DC likes them too, so its a chance to reissue the big triangle version sans date or no date.

Please no :)) I do hope TF's involvement in Bond 25 is relegated to just tailoring and sunglasses. Both QOS and SP had great wardrobes of course but I think Bond should be more heavy on the British brands like in SF.
