My new building project

As I had done for the FRWL Attache (https://www.ajb007.co.uk/topic/50085/attache-case-frwl-details/) I'm going to put some photo of the forward of this project. It may interest someone. First picture is the template, you should guess very easily what it is. I'll let you go.

Considering all the loud gunfire that Bond is around, it's obviously to help fit his hearing aids. :D

I ask as I have an ear mold made for Sophie Marceau that looks quite similar--had been thinking of selling or trading it.

There was a good reason to make an ear for Elektra King, but why for TMWTGG?

I’ve got Craig’s from Skyfall too, they did it to fit his earpieces ready for set, rather than having to take up the actors time to do it.

I can’t remember if anyone had prosthetics applied to their ears in TMWTGG.

It was in 2016... A bit far but, if I m correct, in the same display was LALD, TMWGG and this armor of DAD so... why not TWINE ?
I do not remember the logic of the exhibition(we saw the same interrogation about a theme/topic in Solden)

On someone’s head? I think you’re confusing Bond with that tithead Higgins.

Looking forward to this! @Tato007 Hi mate, do you plan on making it from metal, plastic or a mixture of both?
Always have an escape plan. Mine is watching James Bond films.

For the moment, I plan to make it in fiberglass, and metal, but maybe I can change my plan

Look for a fine aluminium powder called 'alumilite powder'. You brush it into a mould before pouring in resin or with fibre glass, applying the gel coat. It'll give your fibre glass a realistic metallic appearance. Failing that you could use 'rub n buff', apparently it's pretty good but can wear off as it's only a wax, like gilders wax.

Failing THAT, prime, wet n dry, then use GLOSS black and a base coat before putting on many light coats of chrome silver paint.
