TSWLM seems to be have these effortlesslty throwaway moments that can still crack you up 30 years later.
1- Bond's double-take in the Egytian tent when he sees a gorgeous lady and reconsiders his plans.
2- "But James, I need you."
"So does England."
3- "Q, have I ever let you down?"
"Frequently."
The complete summation of the Bond/Q relationship wrapped up in two perfectly delivered lines.
4- Jaws brushing himself off after being tossed from the train.
5- Bond placing an Out Of Order sign on Kalba's body. With Bond...its all about that little extra touch.
6- At the pyramids, Bond and Anya crowding each other's space. Bond preventing her from getting ahead of him and offering her the sweetest of professional smiles.
7- In a duel to the death with Jaws, Bond frantically uses a broken lamp to electrocute him. A classic fight scene which combines a touch of horror, menace and hilarity.
A very tough combination to duplicate...but that is why 007 is unique.
and finally:
"Mr. Kalba. My names is Bond. James Bond."

-"You're a woman of many parts, Pussy" always gets a laugh out of me and my dad, as does "I must be dreaming".

-Connery handing Fiona her shoes when she asks (in her irresistible voice for "something to poot on"-- the looks on both their faces in this scene are classic.
-Connery's expression when she finds the gun under the pillow.

-The disgust in Connery's voice when he says "Siamese Vodka".

-"You'll need to be" is a subtle but very funny line.
-"But I don't need a million pounds.

1)Bond beats Demetrius at poker and wins an Aston Martin...with valet ticket, of course.
2)The close-up of Bond as he watches the terrorist blow himself up.
3)The wonderful exchange between Bond and Vesper concerning fashion arrangements. Bonus points for the moment that Veper chuckles at Bond's appreciation of himself. Bond's reaction? To continue to admire himself. Perfectly played by Craig.
4) Vesper makes her casino entrance to Bond's delight. After wishing him luck, she walks away and Bond seems hypnotized...until he is reminded that he still on planet earth, playing poker. A priceless moment for Bond-fans everywhere.
5) Bond awakens from near-death and sees Vesper.
"You OK?"
"Me?!?"
6) Felix: "Does it look like we need the money?"
7) "I have an itch...down there...would you mind?" A gloriously funny moment in a scene of torture(!!!). When Bond movies are cooking no one can close to capturing that very delicate balance between menace and humor.
8) Bond asks the Swiss Banker if he has brought any chocolates. In one word: hilarious.
"Don't worry, you're not my type."
"Smart?"
"Single."
TND - After Wai Lin has beaten all the bad dudes, there is one who comes up for more and she just sort of whacks/slaps him and like a weak guy, he just falls over.......he was probably just drunk!
TWINE - The soaking of the parking attendants after Bond skoots by in his boat.
TLD - The jailor banged his head off the bed after Bond blasts him in the cell....ouch!
Bond snaps the chair off the jailor, breaking it cleanly.

Bond at a loss for words when Honey asks, "Do you have a woman of your own."

The henchman in the pickup truck muttering expletives to himself before Bond makes him give up the boat keys.
