Ok, about the rules, Dan Same's explanation was spot on. If a round falls on 2 different days, you may vote twice, one vote for each day. And also, if that round ends on the same day, you may vote again on the next round, hence the new round = new vote rule. Both rules apply simultaneously.
When I started this game, I didn't really think about it until quite a few rounds in, now havoc has let loose. )
And by the way, now that we are down to the top 5 villains, it now requires THREE votes to save a villain.
