    I always envisioned you having a secret room full of it, hidden behind a floor-length sliding Warhol-style portrait of Barack Obama---from the old-style peepshow cards to Super 8mm to Betamax, VHS, laserdisc and DVDs...maintained in a climate-controlled environment and supervised by a leering dwarf with a clipboard, lab-coat and splatter-goggles :o

    And you know damn well what rhymes there... B-)

    I want to wish a big Happy Birthday to my brother SpectreIsland, who hits the half-century mark this week ( he beat out Bond by 2 years :))). In his honor his judges and co-workers got him a suitably appropriate birthday cake. Being the consummate professionals that we are, no evidence was left...

    :)) A friend of my brother's took the picture but she was on the wrong side of the cart when she took it so it came out upside down. I decided to flip it so that you could make out the JB logos, but it does seem to defy gravity.

    Happy Birthday to Maureen O'Hara who turned 90 on Tuesday August 17th. The Turner Classic Movie channel ran a Maureen O'Hara salute on Tuesday and I recorded The Spanish Main which I intend to watch this weekend.
