I'm Troy, and have been reading tons here on ajb, so I thought I better register and start joining in on the wonderful conversations here. I live in the United States, in the Midwest, and have been a Bond fan ever since I saw Thunderball at the age of nine. That got me into reading Fleming's novels back then (although my parents wouldn't let me read his novels until I turned 12... but I did sneak in a read of Octopussy and The Living Daylights , and so I grew up with Bond in my blood (I'm old enough to have seen all 6 actors represent Bond on the big screen, save Connery. I own and operate The Groom Room with my wife Karen... our idea of the modern-day barbershop, and of course, we've decorated with a few Bond memorabilia items (after all, Bond is quite the dapper gent).
My favorite actor to play Bond is Sean Connery, followed by Daniel Craig, and then Pearce Brosnan. Not that I don't like Roger Moore, he had a great run. But I think of Bond as Fleming wrote him. I enjoy just about everything when it comes to James Bond, and especially the films. I have totally lost count of how many times I've watched them over the years, but you can bet, that I watch at least one Bond film every week, and I seem to get something new out of them each time I watch them.
Anyway, thanks for letting me introduce myself, and as mentioned earlier... what a fantastic group of fans here at ajb.

New member here. I've been lurking on this site for a couple of years, and have got myself so wrapped up in the anticipation of SPECTRE I wanted to be able to talk about it as well as just read what other people are saying. About me: male, 25 years old, living in Manchester, James Bond fan since Goldeneye on Nintendo 64.
Favourite Bond actor: Pierce Brosnan
Top three Bond films: The Living Daylights, The World is Not Enough and Casino Royale (2006)
Favourite Bond novel: On Her Majesty's Secret Service
I'm looking forward to getting involved here and talking to fellow enthusiasts and laughing at yet more of Thunderpussy's dirty jokes.

HI gang ,im still here (im not on holiday) ,the O.B (old bag) has got me arse decorating the 3rd bedroom , 8-) because here on the costa del London ,the weathers been a bit crap ,so she cant get me slaving out side . But ,shes nipped out to get some bread
so before I pick up me paint brush ,I have sneaked on the good old AJB007 to say hi , miss you all ,
