    If there was enough interest from members wishing to put pen to paper (or whatever the electronic equivalent) then perhaps the mods could be persuaded to open a new 'Fan Fiction' section within which all such stories could be corralled for easy access?

    We used to have that here but it was archived during the last forum move/update...unfortunately I don't see it returning anytime soon...but don't let that stop you from trying -{

    I would be interested in a plot where Bond takes on some 21st century issues (i.e. the middle east) where the morality/message vary from the dialogue we're having today.

    Well if everyone is in agreement? A thread called (you guessed it) 'Fan Fiction' to be used as a repository for all that has been spoken about here?

    I'm in agreement -{

    I'd make it pre Casino Royale. He's still carrying the Beretta. I'd have a plot involving a search for a mole in mi6 (this is the age of Philby, Burgess, and McLean). After all, Vesper Lynd was a double agent for the Soviets. Maybe something involving atomic secrets. It would also feature the kidnapping of a suspected double agent. Something like this:
