I'm a bit late noticing the mention of Timothy Dalton's documentary on wolves. I remember seeing this many years ago and loving it. It's very informative, has great footage, but best of all is Dalton's infectious enthusiasm for the subject matter. It really is an outstanding documentary.
Good singer! The lyrics, as far as my poor German tells me, aren't a million miles away from the English ones with obviously necessary changes (eg words that rhyme in one language don't necessarily rhyme in another).
You mean like "haggis" and "pudding", Barbel?
Where any other non-English versions of the title songs made? More German ones or French, Italian, Spanish etc.?
Alan Curb also recorded a German version of "Mr kiss kiss bang bang" and this was actually used in the German print of TB according to "The James Bond A-Z podcast".

I was watching a short YouTube documentary when a "Bridge of no return" at the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) at the border of North and South Korea was mentioned. The bridge straddles the DMZ and was used for prisoner exchanges. The last time it was used was in 1968.
This made me think of the prisoner exchange scene in DAD that happens on a bridge. I'm pretty sure the scene was a reference to "The bridge of no return".
After the Police in Irvine in Orange County, California arrested some burglars they discovered the criminals had a very special car.
"The suspect vehicle was something out of @007 movie," police said in an Instagram post. "Officers discovered a device that would flip the vehicle's license plate with the push of a button and an elaborate gas siphoning device that transferred fuel directly into the vehicle's gas tank."

Charlie Higson is no fane of NTTD.
It appears Charlie Higson gets what Bond is or should be about….
Exactly. He summed up my issues perfectly.

Anybody know if this is a genuine image, i.e. not photoshopped?
