This month's 'Infinity' magazine (#32) features an article on Geoff Love's career, including, of course, his various mfp (Music for Pleasure) movie/ TV theme cover albums of the 70s (Bond among them).

If we're talking cover versions of Bond songs, I have to cite the following entries. There are a lot of no-name singers out their doing YouTube crap but these are by legitimate artists and are of high quality:

Have just listened, not bad.
'Not From Where I'm Standing', a James Bond title track cover album by The Wedding Present and Friends.
Also proceeds go toward the mental health charity CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably).
Is this available in a high-quality download anywhere? I don't purchase physical albums.

Interesting that it's not just a cover of the song but also based in part on a cue from the score- 'Dawn Raid On Fort Knox' I think.
