If you were to get a Bond inspired tattoo what would it be?

So I'm in the process of getting the Spectre mask on the IMAX poster tattooed on my upper bicep area. I know some may rip on me for getting something less traditional than say the 007 logo or even getting something bond inspired at all but each their own. Ever since Spectre came out I have been awestruck on the entire day of the dead scene as well as the IMAX poster image of the mask warn by DC. I toyed with some other ideas wanting to stick to something in the DC bond era. Perhaps the Skyfall deer or the Royal Doulton Jack but keep coming back to the Spectre mask. I really wanted something that isn't in your face bond. I suspect with the skull mask portrait only those who really know JB will know what it is. Others will just see it as a skull tattoo.

This entire process had me searching what others have done before and it got me wondering what other ajb007ers would get done if they were so inclined.

    When I think of Bond tattoos I think of ones that say 'Scotland Forever' or 'Mum and Dad'. Or a rose that says 'Muffy' above it.

    A recent show on channel 4. "Tattoo Fixers ".
    A guy had a tattoo of a third nipple on his chest.
    As he was a fan of Scaramanga, but it looked bad.
    So they fixed it by covering it up with a tattoo of
    Goldeneye

    I am a bit puzzled how tattoos are chosen today.

    Admittedly I am old, but in my young days, you had something in mind that had a meaning for yourself and what you wanted to express during the rest of your life.

    It seems, that today, getting one is a bit like shopping around and striving for "inspiration" - just like you could return it the other day when you have buyers remorse.

    No surprise that the bigger business now is removing tattoos.

    What gun is that in the tattoo? It reminds me a bit of Han Solo's blaster.

    Edit: I just looked at the link and it is supposed to be Solo's blaster. It's not an accurate blaster, but at least they got that part somewhat right.

    I have two Bond inspired tattoos. The placement of my first tattoo is in my inner right bicep area in the same spot where Craig has one and its the final phrases of Tennyson's Ulysses poem because i love the poem's meaning and because Skyfall is my favorite Bond film. The second is on my inner forearm (not outer forearm like Connery's) and its a Latin phrase with no Bond connection but the Q in the phrase resembles the Q from the Quantum of Solace font. What I love about both is most people don't immediately connect them to Bond if at all. They're not blatantly obvious like having 007 across my back or something.

    Solid advice for sure. I currently have two tattoos and have been thinking about getting this ever since I saw the IMAX poster image.

    PSA here. Tattoo removal is the worst. Thing. Ever. This is not hyperbole. It is the actual worst. I am mid removal and decided to get a cover up because I no longer wanted to deal with the removal process.
