Oh! Am guessing he finds Serra's Score banal.

Ugh, the BMW convertible. Couldn’t they have picked a better car, in a better colour than that?

My ex had one. It is very much a girls car.

But BMW paid a shitload of cash to have the car in the movie, just like Omega.
And BMW promoted the car and the movie on tv ads like crazy.

I'd been familiar with Robbie Coltrane from his work on Scottish and later British TV in the 80s and early 90s. It was good to see him break in to international movies.

I loved Robbie Coltraine in Cracker, but he was totally miscast in GE and TWINE
I was totally unhappy how they used him.
He could have been a super villain!

Robbie Coltrane. Campbell had loved him in 'Cracker' but there's as much of Channel 4's 'Comic Strip' in Coltrane's performance here... and it really works well imho... Not so sure about this Minnie Driver stuff, though...
Critics and material I don't need. I haven't changed my act in 53 years.

Quite the opposite, actually- he defends it (or pretends to). Gymkata and I are its biggest detractors.

He’s a brilliant actor. It’s great to see him in some huge films.

I think Zukovsky in GE works a lot better than Zukovsky in TWINE.

The Turkish Bath scene is steaming hot. Only Serra spoils it, in the intro.

Sean Bean over-does posh, sneery 'English'. And he's used as a mouthpiece for more 90s 'right-on' Bond bashing...

After Bean’s stint in 92’s Patriot Games, Trevelyan‘s turn/survival wouldn’t have been a surprise watching this in 95.
