I'm not to much of a fan of the bond body episodes as i prefer the bond regiment that Fleming laid out, although i sort of do the extreme version instead of 20 pushups i do forty, least we forget how Fleming reacted to Connery at first " .. an over grown stuntsman, I'm looking for commander James Bond". Imagine what his reactionw ould have been to Craig ( kidding i'm a big fan of Craigger)

I pretty much think Fleming would have hated the Craig look, particularly the CR version.
However, I'm sure Fleming would have been delighted with the Layer Cake version of Craig.

So in the end, we're all working on the Daniel Craig look, really. Not James Bond....

Didn't the Mythbusters made a two-part James Bond myths special in which they painted someone gold?
They did indeed - in fact I think they tested the myth twice. As I remember Adam was painted first and they busted the myth but it was revisited in the Bond Special where Jamie was painted. I think there was also another episode where Kari got painted silver.

Great job on the videos Mantis I haven't been able to watch all of them yet with finals around the corner but of the ones I have watched they were awesome.
On another note it might have been asked already and forgive me for asking if so but has there been any consideration of making the the Quantum of Solace workout video podcast? or was the casino royale workout chosen in the beginning between the two because of all the women going crazy of the CR build?
It's a great question...many of the excercises can be rejiggered to create a more Quantum, or sleaker build. A definite consideration for upcoming ones. The next several podcasts will be focusing on collecting and fashion again but we will get back to more physical elemnts as well...I have a LOOOOOOONG list.
