I have heard or read nothing of this incident so am speculating from hereon in yet I suspect he may have been attempting to deploy a stinger against the target vehicle? If (?) the suspects are from one of the many eastern European gangs who specialise in vehicle theft & who are currently operating throughout the UK then they will be long gone. If they are local scum then it won't be all that long before they are tracked down.
I'm sure AS can appreciate the near misses every officer has to face on an all too regular basis.

I recently bought a Hudl2, because it had a hdmi socket, so that I could watch all
the tv shows and movies I've bought on Google play movies etc.
First problem, it will not transfer the pictures on to my tv screen ( yet my old tablet will)
so I was told I needed a special hdmi cable which will allow it, ( so far can't get one) or
get a chromecast.
So Bought a chromecast, and wouldn't you know it. It does't like my router ) so had to
bring it back for a refund.
It's like the old days of. VHS, Betamax, Philips 2000. Here's a wild idea. Why not make things
work with each other ! )

Just to change the subject I have been scammed,some one has tried to open up 4 different accounts /credit cards
in my name ,thankfully ,they have been intercepted at application by the banks so no damage done .But all the banks have asked the same question ,do you have an outside post box , well we do its on the wall ,so be warned fellow Bondites ,

Probably the worst aspect of living in The Philippines is that mail and parcels are routinely opened by postal and delivery personnel - I do all my financials online and collect credit cards etc. direct from the bank. I recently sent 2 boxes of treasured possessions from England to Cebu - I used TNT and collected from the depot here - it cost a small fortune but at least everything was safe and secure.
Yeah, well, sometimes nothin' can be a real cool hand.
Unfortunately some posts have been removed - so I have to make the following based on my memory.
Yesterday, I criticised Stag for a remark (which he meant funny towards AS) with an imo racist undertone. I will not repeat what he posted but I stand with my critique.
I've also explained in detail to Stag via PM, which part I found offensive and why.
What I want to apologize for is that it could be interpreted as a generalisation. I was searching almost 1 hour today and could not find further posts from Stag with such an undertone - so I apologize for the generalisation - which I can't back up.
