Most people here are notified by email when they are ready to be ordered. You need to get on the mailing list to make sure you don't miss out. Email Dan and express your interest!

It also helps Dan to know how many to produce judging by the interest.

Cannot wait for mine to come in... as well as the Mr. White jacket to go up for sale... Both are must haves...
I'd pass out if Dan broke into the suede market and did a matchless style jacket...

Apologies up front for the poor quality images taken on my old phone....

Again the quality of this item is superb. The look and feel of the knit on the jacket feels great and the front padding is well stitched and offers good insulation.

On a previous jacket from Dan you did have to be a little deliberate with how you used the front zipper but I can say after wearing this now for several hours today that isn't a problem with the zippers on this item, they feel solid and click and run very smooth.
The two front hand warmer pockets are large and there is also an inside pocket which is useful for wallets & phones.

Fit and size are always an issue when you can't try before you buy so I studied Dan's sizing chart and comments, I went with my normal size for the other three jackets I have from Dan (XS). As was stated this is a snug fit and feels more like a midlayer sweater than a jacket (you may get an idea from the photo above that it is a slim fit). The arms and chest are perfect for me but it did feel slightly tight at my belt line. There is some give because of the knit and I feel it has stretched a little after several hours vigorous use. I've worn mine today with just an outdoor baselayer top underneath, I wouldn't mind trying a size up if I wanted to wear a thicker garment underneath and wanted the extra length in the body.

My thanks to Dan for his time and effort to produce this garment for us fans.

    Thanks Ray for the review!
It looks a bit long on you...a bigger size will be too long IMHO
How stretch is the waist band?

Looking forward to seeing tons of pictures from everyone here. Alas my long sleeved polo in the vlog was a lands end one. Frugal version of the casino Royale Venice shirt.

Another great VLOG by David which really shows how good this garment is.

I just checked and there are still sizes small & x-small still available on Dan's store. If it helps anyone with a similar frame to mine who's pondering which size to opt for my measurements are height 5' 6'' (1.67m), weight 9st 3Lbs (58.5Kg), chest size is 35''-36'' (91cm) and I usually shop for trousers with a 31-32'' waist. At most retailers like H&M I normally go for a small size however after reading Dan's size charts I've sized down for the jackets I've purchased from him but this is a snug fit so you could possibly size up depending on your upper body shape and if you intend to wear this as an outer or mid layer.

Having worn the jacket for a good few hours yesterday there is some give with the knit but I don't get the impression that it will give so much as to become loose/baggy.

And thank you for a wonderful review, extremely entertaining as always, loved the 'things you wouldn't do in a TF montage' :)

I'm still blown away at the response to this jacket, for which I'm grateful. While it will always be an interpretation, I'm glad it's been so well received. I also just wanted to make a comment of the fit through the waist, as mentioned in the email notification they are slimmer in the waist. Now having slipped mine on and off at various times, not keeping it on for too long (being summer here) the waistband at the back is very taught to begin with, but has broken in nicely with a bit of use. I don't feel my large is as snug fitting in the waist now as it was when I took the photos. Just something I wanted to mention and naturally being wool, there will be some more give over time.

As David said, I'm also looking forward to seeing some great pics come through.

Thank you very much for your support gents, it is most appreciated.

Thank you Dan for the clarification on the waist band. I ordered my jacket thinking this model is a true size, but with a fitted look.
I hope I won't need to size up. Anyway, thank you so much for making our dream come true!

Yours and mine must be sitting next to each other. It's getting very frustrating that there hasn't been any movement!
