    I think the main mistakes in GE are the score and the car. The Aston Martin in TLD is far better than the BMW.

    You're at the end??? Already???

    The ammo pouches of the guards looks very square and strange. Can't possibly fit the mags of an AK.

    Bond's line to Alec a couple of minutes back... "You're just a common thief." Alludes to the line in 'Die Hard' (McClane's wife to Franz) but lacking the dramatic bite it had in that original context.

    The music when the satelite starts burning up is actually pretty good.

    This is a serious punch-up. Takes us back to Connery vs Robert Shaw and Bob Simmons-style stuff.

    How exactly do you hide the sound of helicopters?

    Yep, that far onto a concrete surface...not a chance! He certainly wouldn’t be able to scream as the dish is coming down!

    Yeah, only to be killed a few seconds later

    Music “The Experience Of Love”. It’s awful, though not even close to the worst Bond song*. There’s a good song in there if it was properly arranged and performed, like this isn’t.

    * Different discussion

    Actually they had two silenced helicopters for the raid to kill Bin Laden.

    This pilot of the Janus coptor gunship that Natalya's hijacked. . Bond and Natalya just let him fly away after they've dropped out of the coptor for their snog in the grass. Why doesn't the pilot just fly back at them and shoot them there and then?!

    ...and have over a dozen of camouflaged marines set up exactly where Bond drops.

    Agreed. 'Experience of Boredom' is the worst ever Bond end-title music.

    Probably because he sees heaps of heavily armed marines and three of their helicopters...

    Ah well that was another great rewatch! Cheers lads -{ Always loved Goldeneye for never boring me even with the 2hr+ runtime—it feels a lot shorter.

    So what is the best of Eric Serra's score? Or least intolerable?
    My wote is the chanting when Bond is walking among the statues.
